the production of radiators has certain technical standards:

1 The material requirements of radiators need to comply with the provisions of GB 13237, and the thickness of water pipe is 1.5mm

2. Radiators shall be tested by water vapor pressure test group by group, and the bearing pressure shall not be less than 1.6 MP

3. Most of the radiators are made of low-carbon steel. In recent years, radiators in houses generally use oval tube double tower style, and the water hole should reach 15mm. The interior of the radiator tube needs to be coated with a high-temperature oxygen barrier layer, and the inner cavity protection layer is provided

4. The radiator pipe interface thread must comply with the provisions of gb/t 7303, and the weld must be straight, uniform, neat and beautiful, without cracks, pores and other defects. The welding points of spot welding must be uniform, the distance between welding points cannot be greater than 40 mm, and the welding points cannot have defects such as burn through

5. The radiator surface coating itself should be non-toxic and odorless, and will not cause harm to human body under high temperature, nor can it reduce its physical properties
