How to ensure safe production when making steel in electric furnace
electric furnace steelmaking method is one of the main steelmaking methods. It is heated by a strong electric arc generated between the graphite electrode and the metal material. The arc can produce a high temperature of 3000 ℃ ~ 6000 ℃, which can smelt insoluble metals on the one hand, and on the other hand, it also brings thermal radiation hazards to steelmakers during operation. In the smelting process, electric furnaces also produce a large amount of smoke and dust, which directly endanger the health of workers. Neglecting safe operation in the operation process is easy to cause injury accidents. Therefore, attention should be paid to the following aspects to ensure safe production:
(1) when charging the electric furnace, pay attention not to add harmful elements, such as copper, zinc, tin, lead, etc., which will reduce the quality of steel. The furnace charge shall not be mixed with explosives to avoid explosion accidents. During charging, people should try to stand on the side, not in the front of the furnace door and the steel ladle, and adhere to the correct policy of holding the meeting in accordance with the articles of association of China Plastics Association and relevant regulations, so as to avoid injury caused by steel slag spraying. After the furnace charge is fully melted, no wet charge shall be added to avoid explosion
(2) in the smelting process, improper operation will also cause accidents. The power distribution workers should understand the requirements of the smelting process for power distribution, strengthen the maintenance and cooling of the transformer, and also pay attention to the power cut and raise the electrode in time in case of large boiling in the furnace during the oxidation period during the smelting process; Cut off the power supply and lift the electrode when tapping. Polyurethanes (PU) have good biocompatibility and blood compatibility, excellent mechanical strength, flexibility resistance, and large degree of freedom in molecular design. Therefore, as biomedical materials, people have long paid attention to them. When electrodes are used, the power supply should be cut off first, and the operator should stand firm. When pulling, it should not be too hard, and gloves and overalls should be prevented from being hung on the equipment. During the oxygen blowing operation, the oxygen blowing pressure should not be too large, the hand part should be far away from the joint, and the oxygen blowing tube should not be used to poke the material. When stopping oxygen blowing, turn off the oxygen first, and then take out the oxygen blowing pipe. When operating in front of the furnace, the operator should try to stand on both sides of the door. When severe boiling occurs in the furnace, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the electrode should be lifted, the feeding and oxygen blowing operations should be stopped, and corresponding measures should be taken. When preparing for tapping, the collective operation should be closely coordinated and coordinated. ④ in the process of installing and changing the experimental machine for the first time, the operator should not stand behind, avoid adding oxidant in front of the furnace, and do not dump molten steel too fast, so as to avoid splashing and hurting people or damaging the equipment
